zad Jabbour
Born in Beirut Lebanon, He apprenticed art since his childhood by his father a great Lebanese artist painter and Icon writer, and completed his artistic studies in France. Starting as a professional artist at an early age, he executed many artworks, his Byzantine Icons are spred all over the Middle East, espacially many Churches in Lebanon. He participated in many exhibitions, local and international. He established in Lebanon an art school and art gallery while teaching the Byzantine Iconography in a Lebanese University. For fifteen years he was painting portraits and murals for the palaces of Qatar and the United Arab Emirates. Now residing with his family in New Zealand, to participate in the important growth of it’s Art society.
